Program Coordinator (Kaohsiung)

We are looking for a Program Coordinator who is highly motivated and is a self-starter to join our team to run the daily administrative operations of our incubator and support the implementation of program strategy. If you are a dedicated professional who is passionate about the startup ecosystem, technology, and innovation and is experienced in program management, we would like to meet you.

You will be working closely with the Program Director and Program Managers, and will be deeply involved in the administrative duties for program operation and event execution.

A short brief on your role:

Our Program Coordinator will be based at our Kaohsuing office and will play a crucial role in supporting and building our startup ecosystem in Southern Taiwan, regularly engaging with portfolio companies and conducting network outreach, assisting with the execution of the program and related events, establishing a strong community culture, and handling administrative tasks at the office.
Our ideal candidate should have exceptional oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English, and is able to plan and execute projects and events. We prefer someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, personable, and has great time management and project management skills to fulfill the following responsibilities


  • Co-ordinate a broad spectrum of day-to-day logistics and operations, including all general communication, meetings, and events

  • Be the point of contact at our Kaohsiung office and help build positive relations with portfolio companies and external parties 

  • Liaise with the co-working space management and handle all related logistics

  • Assist the Program Director and Program Managers with program development, event execution, and strategy implementation

  • Prepare paperwork, notes, documentation; create presentations, reports, and records; support research and data analysis; track office expenditures/transactions

  • Greet visitors, and handle both incoming and outgoing mail/parcel

  • Manage office equipment & supplies inventory, and order new ones as needed

  • Other ad hoc administrative duties as assigned to support the team and program



  • Have 2+ years of hands-on experience as a program coordinator, project coordinator, administrative coordinator, or other relevant positions.

  • Knowledge of program/project management, basic bookkeeping, and reporting
    Solid research, analytical, writing, and presentation skills

  • Highly self-directed in achieving project objectives and requires minimal supervision or guidance

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English.

  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills, including the ability to develop and maintain relationships at different levels

  • Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in order to balance multiple projects and deadlines to meet objectives.

Preferred (not required, but good to have):

  • Familiarity with the startup scene and culture

  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, and tight-knit company

  • Have knowledge in VCs/accelerators/corporate innovation
